Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your CreatorBench data at any time. We process requests from verified account owners and complete deletion workflows within 30 days.
How to request deletion
Email support@creatorbench.io from the same email address used in CreatorBench.
- Suggested subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include the email used for your CreatorBench account
- Optional: include your Instagram username for faster verification matching
- Specify whether you want full account deletion or only Instagram verification removal
Deletion timeframe
We process confirmed deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Allowlist account entry associated with your email
- Login and session token records
- Instagram verification record (user ID and username)
- Deal submissions and extracted deal data associated with your email
If hard deletion is not feasible for a specific historical record, we anonymize it so it is no longer identifiable to you.
What may be retained
We may retain minimal security logs for a limited period to support abuse prevention, fraud investigations, and platform security.
